In addition to entering the HLAG-BBG Beatmaking Contest, you can also submit your entry for the "Melodics + BBG Sample Flip" Mini-Contest where you'll have additional opportunities to receive prizes, recognition and exposure!

Create your track using the official sample created by BBG Duluth student Maggie Cartier.

To be considered, all submissions must adhere to the following rules & guidelines:

RULES & GUIDELINES 

1. DOWNLOAD THE SAMPLE
2. Create a 1-3 minute track that prominently features the Official sample created by BBG Duluth student Maggie Cartier.
3. Upload your track to Soundcloud.com
4. The track will be judged on creativity, use of the sample and quality of the beat.
5. You may submit the same beat to both the main Beatmaking contest and the Sample Flip mini contest. All other HLAG Beatmaking contest rules apply.
6. Entries must be posted to Soundcloud and registered by April 19, 2022
