Hi, there! My name is Yen-Hsuan Ho, you can call me DingDing.
“The rhythm is the happiness in life" I am very happy to participate the HLAG2020.
I am nine years old and I am from Taiwan. When I was three years and nine months old, I started learning how to play the drum kit. In no time, I fell in love with the charming set, and it always accompanies me when I have too much academic studies, just to make me enjoy my life.
I made a world record that I passed the British Rockschool exam – Drums Grade 3, when I was 5. I passed the grade 8 examination when I was eight and achieved my target in stages. The Rockschool Grade 8 exam, which is the highest grade in the system before diploma.
I’ve completed plenty of international competitions since I was 4, and I have offered stunning performances to the audience, and received brilliant scores from the judges.
And now, trust your eyes and believe what you see. What I’m playing in the video clip is a left- handed drum setup. I would like to share the song “Some Skunk Funk” with you. I hope you will like it.
In conclusion, I’m delighted and honored to be one of the contestants for this “Hit Like a Girl” competition, and I wish you have a wonderful day every day.

You rock, Ding Ding! If I’m correct, that’s a Brecker Brothers tune, right? not easy for anyone to play well, but you’ve got the rhythm for sure. I predict a bright future for you in the world of drumming. You will be an spiration for my granddaughters, ages 5 and 7.
