A Native of PG County Maryland, Erica McElveen better known as E Mack is wowing her audiences with passion and versatility. Erica moved to Philadelphia in 2007 and it was there that she blossomed as a drummer in the region. In 2012 she received her Bachelors Degree from Temple University in Music Education. She now heads the arts department at The Philadelphia Charter School For The Arts and Sciences. Erica has played for local artists in the Philadelphia region in the genres of R&B, Gospel, Rock, and Jazz. She is featured on the Philadelphia Jazz Project's Walt Whitman tribute as well as the Kingdom Worship Center Live Recording. She enjoys educating the youth of Philadelphia and sharing her gifts with the community. E Mack has played behind many artists ut recently launched her first EP titled Dipped. This work is very dear to her because she worked on all the instrumentation and arrangements herself. E Mack continues to make strides and is determined to take the world by storm.
