Hi! My name is Shihori.
I am 24 years old. I am from Tokyo. At the age of 13, I went to a live music house with my mom for the first time and that was my encounter with music and also the drums. I often listened to The Cardigans, Kimbra or Foster the People, Blink-182 when I was a junior high school student.
Currently, I am fascinated by funk music. I want to absorb funk essences and adapt them in my styles such as pops or rock music. I am still developing, but I want to see, listen, study more styles and play music better.
I like Cindy Blackman, Jeff Porcaro, Steve Jordan,Dave Grohl and Hiroshi Kido especially. I want to be a drummer who have great sounds, a variety of vocabulary and musicality like them. I hope you like my video. Thanks!❤️

    Hi Shihori, it’s David from Instagram! I’m liking this video a lot, as I said the other day I think it has kind of a jazzy beat. Doing my best to register so that I can vote but when I upload my picture it’s telling me that it is too big and I don’t know how to resize it but I will keep trying.
